How Therapy Works
Therapy with us is collaborative, practical, and focused on healing at the root.
Many people come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or disconnected from themselves. Our role is to help you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and protective strategies — and create deep, lasting change.
What sessions feel like:
Warm, calm, and non-judgmental
Clear explanations of what we’re working on
A steady pace matched to your comfort
Emotional insight combined with practical tools
Focused on root-level healing, not just coping
We draw from a range of effective approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) for understanding and harmonizing inner patterns, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) when quicker trauma resolution is helpful.

About Lindsey
Before becoming a psychologist I worked as a CPA in corporate environments, so I deeply understand the high-pressure world many of my clients come from.
I support adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, harsh self-criticism, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, boundary challenges, self-worth concerns, and relational/attachment patterns.
My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. Clients often describe me as warm, clear, and easy to talk to. I create a space where you feel truly understood and able to explore your inner world without judgment.
I help you get to know the parts of you that protect, criticise, or carry old pain — so you can relate to yourself with compassion and clarity.
